Not state public association, advisory and propaganda character, created for association of the people of all world concerned global: by ecological, social and economic accidents in the world, and as spiritual and moral degradation of Mankind.

Our purpose is, the association of the people of Ukraine and all World for satisfaction and protection of the lawful social, moral, economic, creative and cultural common interests and assistance to the duly prevention, revealing and liquidation of harmful consequences of activity of Mankind, as that of pollution of an environment, safety of ability to live of the Man, and as the preventions world moral and spiritual деградации of the Man.

Public movement "LIBERATION" is not profitable organization.

Ukrainian Association of the citizens Public movement "LIBERATION"- is registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 28, 2000. The certificate N 1539
